FAVORITE RIDE/ROUTE/THING ABOUT RIDING BIKES
On one trip to KT, we covered I don't know how many miles, took two rides one day, and I got a Queen of the Mountain on Strava for Tap 'n Die.

I'm excited to join a community of like-minded people who love and almost need to be on two wheels. There is really something about being on a trail ride or mixed-terrain ride and having the encouragement to push for more miles, try a new feature, pick up the pace, or enjoy being outdoors when there's someone else suffering or smiling with you.

My husband and I rode through Tuscany with Duvine Cycling and Adventure Co. about 50k a day for 6 days. It was great riding on the rolling hills and a great experience. Now we looking into mtb or gravel vacations, and the Scottish Highlands are high on my list.

Seeing my teammates’ growth and success and the fun they have along the way is just as important as my own.

FAVORITE RIDE/ROUTE/THING ABOUT RIDING BIKES
I spent a summer bike touring Europe with a good (female) friend the year after college. 5 countries, 1000 miles. It was road riding, but I only had a mountain bike, so I did it on that. It was amazing and life-changing. I'd LOVE to get into bikepacking, but I already have too many goals for this year!

I'm super excited to find other women to ride and race with and to support one another in a male-dominated sport.

FAVORITE RIDE/ROUTE/THING ABOUT RIDING BIKES
There exists a bike trail connecting Pittsburgh, PA to Washington, DC called the Greater Allegheny Passage (GAP). When I was in high school I decided to bike the trail solo as an act of declaring my 18 year old adult freedom. Although this trail isn’t the most challenging or scenic, it taught me how to be with myself and figure things out as they happen. I think about the trip experience almost every day.

I feel most embraced, confident, and fortunate when supporting other women/queer/non binary folk. I want to be an advocate and educator for others in the greater community who share a love for the sport.

Being on the team has introduced me to a whole new world of riding and there's still so much to explore! I appreciate the community and adventure buddies and passing along what I've learned to new people.

A couple years ago I finally fulfilled my dream of biking in Southeast Asia! I did a 3 day supported mountain bike ride through the rice paddies in Vietnam.

I enjoy being a part of a supportive team where everyone is dedicated to helping each other grow and improve. I also look forward to being more involved in the cycling community, getting more people on bikes, and making new bike friends!

FAVORITE RIDE/ROUTE/THING ABOUT RIDING BIKES
Any ride that helps me internalize the strength and the serenity of the forest: mixed terrain rides where you discover new trails in good company, MTB sessioning with the encouragement of friends, and any ride when you find that flow -- at one with the bike, your body, and your surroundings, with just the right level of challenge. I can't pick one! Bonus if the ride ends with ice cream.

Athletics and community are inseparable. I love pushing my personal limits in races, but I need the team camaraderie to get me to the start line, and I really appreciate teammates who will share in the highs and lows of post-race reflections.
